Sneak Preview - Peach Coffee Cake with Double Crust of Cardamom and Pistachio


Still too warm to cut, and too dark for artificial light to do it justice, here is but a small sampling of my peach offering which I have created for Veggie/Fruit and Month - Peaches, hosted here at The Well-Seasoned Cook for creator Priya of Mahora Rjasthan's Recipes.                          .

Tomorrow, I will be able to present it in natural light and with the proper propping.  It was with difficult patience that we wrapped this beauty up for the night.  Do hope you can stop by tomorrow for more photos and my adapted recipe.
